David Osborn portraitDavid is a pragmatic and commercially astute former C.E.O. with 25 years operating experience in senior management in private industry, government and not for profit organizations.

Tertiary qualified in Law, Commerce and Land Management, with experience as a non-executive Director of publicly listed companies, superannuation funds, philanthropic trusts, SME’s and peak industry groups, David brings an extraordinarily wide experience to the development of strategic solutions.

 


KAREN JANISZEWSKI
Position: Director

Karen Janiszewski portraitKaren has focused on affordable housing outcomes that deliver real change for a range of clients. Karen undertakes work with state governments, developers, financiers and community housing providers, so has a very good feeling for the key drivers for each of the segments. Together with a strong background in development it provides a knowledge of how to initiate change in delivery of projects.

Karen has 20 years of construction and development experience gained in private companies, public companies and government. She was the Senior Project Director, Affordable Housing, Lend Lease Communities and has also held the role of Project Director of Kensington Banks, has managed hotel, commercial and residential developments. Karen has led teams on project acquaistions and tenders. Karen’s qualifications include engineering and graduate diplomas. In addition Karen is a board member of Uniting Aged Care.

Karen has a strong capability to rapidly grasp the abstract, able to source and analyse the information, research the options and deliver solutions. Her work has required her to:
  • develop programs which specifically achieve defined outcomes as a result of research, analysis and strong management and execution skills.
  • manage risk by acute awareness of risk identification, qualification, strategy management and control.
  • actively seek, understand and exceed client expectations through listening and execution.
